Milan Lose Jose Mauri Due to Injury
A disappointing news arrived from AC Milan camp as during their early stage of preseason, Rossoneri have to lose their young midfielder, Jose Mauri, who picked up an injury on their latest friendly fixture against Bordeaux. Mauri who came on the second half on that weekend match picked up thigh injury which was confirmed by Milan's official site,"The player Jose Mauri suffered a posterior thigh injury to his left leg during the friendly match against Bordeaux", Rossoneri stated in an official statement.
Although the current situation might not be troubling yet for head coach, Vincenzo Montella, but he surely hope that Mauri can get back into the preseason training soon so the midfielder can be further evaluated. Having this sort of injury means the former Parma player will be resting for a while as an intensive medical check up will only be done after two weeks time. This will once again trigger Montella to expect a speed up in Milan's transfer progress as things reportedly in stand by awaiting for the club's preliminary agreement signing.
Milan might still be able to do some transfer once they can offload some players, notably Carlos Bacca, but a real guarantee supposedly will happen once that preliminary sale agreed. However, the silent move done by Rossoneri at the moment might suddenly pulls out an interesting surprise for their fans, who need to remain patient with the whole situation
