Yepes Extend for a Year at Milan

 In contrast to the departure trend at Ac Milan, veteran defender, Mario Yepes apparently is extending his adventure in the Rossoneri shirt for another year. Although previously being touted as one of those who could be leaving, but a late twist in the camp apparently has allowed the Colombian international to keep playing with the Red and Black squad since there will be many players leaving anyway by the end of this season.


Yepes' renewal was announced by Milan's official side, revealing the usual one year policy extension for the over 30 players, which have been the club's new policy since last season. The senior defender's good performances in the last few matches with Rossoneri apparently provide the club's confidence that renewing him will still be good especially with potentially many younger names arriving this summer.
